Step 3: Searching for properties

• We will search for properties in the visible market (classifieds, agencies, etc.) and will also consult with our local contacts such as building managers to determine if properties are about to be listed for sale. We will also meet up with notaries, residents, and homeowner associations to complete our search in your preferred arrondissement.
• Depending upon your specifications, we will visit and select those properties that most accurately match your criteria.
• When you log into the client page on our website, you will be informed about any ongoing searches and potential visits. We will provide you with detailed descriptions and pictures so that you can follow our search process, even if you are far away.
