Fees

• Homing Season offers personal home searching. Because every project is unique, our fees depend on the nature of the properties and the search.
• Homing Season is not paid until after all conditions have been met, you sign the notarised deed, and the sale is complete.
• Our fees are 4% if the transaction occurs directly with an owner and 3%  if we find the appartment through another intermediary.
