1. Homing Season certifies that it holds a carte professionnelle, a « Transaction » license delivered by the Préfecture de Police de Paris, and undertakes to fully comply with all professional obligations: member of a company with a mutual guarantee scheme for real estate professions (a €30.000 SO.CA.F guarantee) and professional liability insurance (a €380.000 R.C.P. S.A.A.). 
2. Homing Season undertakes to comply with the law 70-9 of 2 January 1970, loi Hoguet, and will not be paid until all conditions are recognized as having been met and the buyer has signed the notarised deed.
3. Homing Season undertakes to prepare à buyer's agreement and comply with its terms and conditions.
4. Homing Season undertakes to provide within a deadline a number of properties as set out in the contract, after studying the difficulty of the search.
5. Homing Season undertakes to keep its clients regularly informed of the search, assisting them throughout, and acting on behalf of their best interests.
6. Homing Season undertakes to fully comply with its confidentiality obligations with respect to the documents and information disclosed.
7. Homing Season undertakes to work in full transparency and provide the buyer with all relevant information concerning the selected properties including the seller's contact details
8. Homing Season certifies that its research assistants can only work for 5 buyers at one time.
9. Homing Season undertakes to do its best effort to succeed in its mission.
10. Homing Season is committed to assisting clients until the notarised deed is signed.
